My background spans family winemaking in the Barossa, leading the sensory program at West End Brewery, and judging at national and international beer, cider, spirits and food competitions.
I am a Certified Cicerone®, WSET Beer Educator and contributor to The Crafty Pint. My work blends scientific discipline with sensory craft — designing tasting panels, training teams, delivering consumer insight projects and guiding businesses to improve product consistency and customer experience.
