Sensory experiences for industry professionals, corporate teams and curious minds.

Flavour Logic designs and delivers tasting workshops and sensory training experiences for a wide range of clients: food and drink producers to corporate HR teams, hospitality staff, festival organisers and private groups.

Every session is led by Briony Liebich, a professional sensory analyst with 20+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Sessions are hands-on, practically focused and designed to leave participants with skills they can actually use which might be describing products with more confidence, understanding flavour differences, or simply developing a sharper appreciation of what’s in their glass.

Workshops can be delivered in-person at your venue or location, or online via Zoom.

What we offer

Tasting workshops & sensory training

Each workshop is tailored to your group, your product category and your goals. Sessions are available for corporate teams, industry professionals, hospitality staff, event organisers and private groups, with a minimum of 8 participants.

Choose your product category — beer, wine, cider, spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, olive oil, cheese, chocolate, or a combination — and select the session length that suits your needs.

Workshop topics include:

  • Evaluating appearance, aroma, taste and mouthfeel
  • Comparing products to identify flavour differences
  • Aroma recognition games and sensory skill-building exercises
  • Blind tasting to remove brand bias and focus on flavour
  • Food and beverage pairing for enjoyment and understanding
  • Exploring beer, cider, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic options
