TASTE TRAINING
Flavour Logic specialises in sensory analysis and guided expert tastings.
Be led by a professional taster in a fun, hands-on tasting experience.
De-mystify the tasting process whether you’re simply curious or serious about tasting.
All tasting workshops can be customised for industry, corporate or private groups. Tastings have been run for food and drink production teams, sales, marketing, hospitality staff, and industry suppliers. Collaborative events include corporate team building, product launches, festivals, conferences, and birthdays.
Topics and themes include:
- Improve product descriptions – appearance, aroma, taste and mouthfeel
- Compare products and pick flavour differences
- Test your senses to identify aromas
- Blind tasting (brand or type unknown)
- Food and beverage pairing
- Explore the world of drinks – beer, cider, wine, spirits, non-alcoholic
