TASTE TRAINING

Flavour Logic offers tailored tasting workshops and sensory training experiences for individuals and groups across the food and beverage industry.

Led by a professional sensory analyst, each session provides a hands-on, engaging introduction to flavour evaluation. These workshops are designed to help participants build confidence, describe products more accurately, and explore their own sensory abilities.

Whether you’re curious about flavour or looking to improve team skills, workshops can be customised for corporate, industry or private groups. Past sessions have been delivered for food and drink producers, sales and marketing teams, hospitality staff, and suppliers.

Flavour Logic also collaborates on events such as team-building days, product launches, conferences, festivals, and private celebrations.

  • Improving product descriptions: appearance, aroma, taste and mouthfeel

  • Comparing products to identify flavour differences

  • Sensory games to test and train aroma recognition

  • Blind tasting to remove brand bias and focus on flavour

  • Food and beverage pairing to enhance enjoyment and understanding

  • Exploring a wide range of drinks including beer, cider, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic options

Each tasting workshop is designed to be inclusive, educational and memorable—perfect for those wanting to better understand the world of flavour.
